All bookings must be made in advance by contacting Adrenaline Munky direct via the booking line telephone number. A valid voucher number must be quoted when calling to confirm your experience and to receive a booking confirmation. At the time of booking you will have to confirm whether you wish to partake in a hydro or harness ride. This may not be altered on the day of your experience.
In the event that your chosen time slot is fully booked and alternative time or date will be offered to you. Adrenaline Munky reserve the right to cancel your booking without prior notice. In the event of a cancellation on our behalf an alternative date or full refund will be offered.
14 days notice will be required if a change of date is requested by the client. If this is not given an administration fee of £20 will be charged.
Riders must adhere to all rules and regulations at our venue on the day of their event. Riders must remain courteous to staff at all times failure to do so may lead to you being asked to leave the venue without refund.
Your booking is not confirmed until you have received a written confirmation containing your Adrenaline Munky voucher. In receipt of your confirmation you must check that all the details are correct as amendments may not be possible at a later date.
Restrictions apply for both the hydro ride and harness ride which can be found below. Adrenaline Munky will assess height and weight restriction on the day of the ride and reserve the right to refuse a rider. Adrenaline Munky’s judgement is final.
Your voucher will be sent to you within 4 working days. This voucher must be present on the day of your event, one voucher will admit up to 2 people to your chosen ride (hydro or harness). Failure to present your voucher will lead to the full entry price becoming payable. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Delivery Policy
Delivery by First Class post takes 3 - 5 working days
Please allow seven days for delivery during peak postal times
No dispatch or delivery on UK bank holidays and weekends
Please note that delivery is by Royal Mail therefore adrenaline munky cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal system
Refund Policy
Riders that fail to turn up on the day of your event will forfeit there ride and no refund will be given.
Any refund is at Adrenaline Munky’s discretion.
Returns Policy
Please note that booking cancellations made within 14 days of date booked will incur a fee of £10 per booking
Restrictions
The customer cannot participate in an Adrenaline Munky descent if they are:
- Unable to produce a valid Adrenaline Munky voucher or voucher number.
- Under 6 years old for the wet & wild ride (Parental consent is required up to the age of 18)
- Under 12 years old or under 145cm (4.10ft) in height for the harness ride (Parental consent is required up to the age of 18)
- Exceed 180kg (28 stone) total weight for the double harness ride.
- Exceed 130kg (20.5 stone) for one person or 250kg (39 stone) for two people.
- Height and weight will be checked on the day of the ride, Adrenaline Munkys judgement is final.
- Suffering from high blood pressure or heart condition.
- Suffering from epilepsy.
- Pregnant.
- Under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

All participants are required to sign a waiver, false information could affect the safety and security of the staff and customers and invalidate the insurance.
